Once a year from late January to March, fishermen set of to the coast of Hidaka, one of the famous place for crab in Japan, to fish some of Hokkaido’s highest graded crabs. “Crab Meat $ Brain” is a product with a distinguished taste.
You can enjoy the original taste after defrosting in the fridge. It can be enjoyed in several ways such as serving the squid on top of rice as “squid donburi”, sushi rolls, carpaccio, salad, tempura, and sashimi, etc
